Generally, we ship orders within 1 to 2 days of receipt of the order. United States

customers can expect their order within 7-10 business days. We are a small family

company and will attempt to post clearly if there should be a shipping delay for any

reason. Orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and can be tracked through

their website.

If you do not receive your package in a timely manner, please contact USPS or use

tracking to help locate your package. Once the order leaves our facility, it is in the care of

the handler.

We do want to help if you haven’t received your order, so please contact us at if you cannot resolve this through the USPS.

If you are missing an item in your shipment, or there is a damaged item, please contact us

We allow the pickup of items at our greenhouse in Helena, MT. Please place your order

online, select pickup, and wait for an email indicating your order is ready for pickup.

Depending on inventory, your pickup may be available immediately, or it may be

available within 1-2 business days.
